Anna is a high energy, qualified trainer and coach with 20 years’ experience in designing and delivering bespoke corporate training. She owns & runs Luminescence Communications Ltd.

Anna is a proud member of the LGBTQ+ communities and has a passion for equity, diversity, and inclusion. Her area of work focuses on behavioural development and, knowledge and skills trainings for professionals working in the modern workplace. Her trainings are interactive, fun and inspire action.

As a coach, she has a working knowledge of social neuroscience and theoretical-based behavioural insights, which allows her to support others in greater self-awareness, enhanced communication and how to build more productive workplace teams.
