Hello, I’m Sarah.

I’ve created this event to support LGBTQ women* struggling with self-acceptance, shame or discomfort related to their sexual orientation.

• Are you living in the fullness of who you are?
• Do you wish you could worry less about what others think of you?
• Do you hide your sexual orientation from others through fear of rejection or judgement?
• Have you come out later in life and are struggling to come to terms with your ‘new’ life?
• Or maybe you aren’t out yet and you are struggling with the realisation that you are LGBTQ and not sure what to do about it?

I know what it’s like to feel wrong or different or judged or discriminated against because of your sexual orientation. I also know what it’s like to hide who you truly are because you are terrified of what will happen if you live in the authentic truth of who you are. And I still struggle with those things. Not as much as I did 24 years ago when I first came out as gay(at age 30) but I still find it uncomfortable, triggering and scary.

I am on a mission to help amazing and brilliant women like you live a more authentic life. To shine brightly and be all you can be. This circle is the start of that. Providing a completely safe and confidential space where you can belong. Where you can connect with likeminded women who get you, who you feel safe with and who you can trust.

If you are struggling with self-acceptance, low self-esteem, confidence or confusion about who you are now, what to do about it (or not do about it) then this womens circle is for you.

The LGBTQ womens empowerment circle provides:

• Support from other women who understand your struggles and are also on the journey to feeling more accepting and freer around their sexuality.
• Support and healing from the discomfort, judgement or shame that you experience about being LGBTQ.
• Helping you feel less afraid about shining in the fullness of who you are without filtering or hiding parts of you.
• Helping you explore how to be more empowered to be yourself.
• Helping you feel more able to enjoy being a LGBTQ woman (imagine that!)

This event is for a maximum of 10 women.

We also welcome women who are questioning their sexuality.
