Inclusive LGBTQI Yoga
The class is open to all queer identities and bodies – yoga instructor Allison will lead a gentle session appropriate for all fitness/experience levels. If you’ve never tried yoga before, this is a great opportunity to explore the practice in a safe, welcoming and inclusive space.
Wear comfortable clothing for physical activity and though yoga mats will be provided, feel free to bring your own.
