Come join me for an evening circle in London created specifically for neurodivergent women looking for a calm, honest space to connect, reflect, and just exist without pressure. Whether you’re formally diagnosed, self-identified, or just feel like you don’t quite fit the mould, this space is for you.
-
Together we’ll gather in a calm, welcoming setting, using a simple sharing format that allows everyone to speak (or simply listen) without judgment or pressure. We’ll start with gentle breathwork to help us calm our nervous system, then move into a sharing circle, and finish with light journalling.
-
A talking stick or stone will be passed around so everyone has the opportunity to share while the rest of the group listens in silence. Attendees are welcome to share whatever is on their mind - whether it be related to their neurodiversity or not.
-
You don’t need to be good at socialising or speaking in a group. You don’t have to share if you don’t want to. If you need to stim, lie down, fidget, or step out for a breather at any point, that’s completely fine. This is a space where overstimulation is understood, not judged. There’s no need to explain your quirks, filter your words, or meet any social expectations here - Liberā is about freedom, understanding, and connection.
-
If you’re curious, open-minded, and craving real, grounded connection in a low-pressure setting, I’d love for you to come.
There will be cushions, gentle lighting and background music, optional tea/snacks, and space to be exactly as you are.

About the host:
I’m Chi, a fellow neurodivergent woman passionate about creating spaces where people can share openly and be their authentic selves without judgment. I believe in the power of community and genuine connection, so I started Liberā as a way to bring like-minded women together in a calm, understanding environment.
