Description

LIBRARIES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EXCELLENCE

The role of the Academic, University, College and Local Library is changing .

To remain meaningful and attractive to a new generation of users, who see Digital Learning as a key part of learning and who are less knowlegeable about 'traditional' Library services, change is inevitable.

Many are using or about to use the Customer Service Excellence Standard to secure a better understanding of current and future customer needs and expectations as well as moving towards providing excellent customer service.

Robert Sullivan is a very experienced Lead Assessor for the Customer Service Excellence Standard with a keen understanding of academia and Libraries mixed with cross sectoral experience with many Blue Chip companies.

Sullivan offers this unique insight and shows Library staff how to easily and effectively move towards excellence and to achieving the Customer Service Excellence Standard.

This is a 'one off' opportunity to shortcut your route to success or if you held CSE to ensure you get the best from the Annual Review process.

All delegates will also receive access to the online support forum.

A CPD certificate will be sent to all participating.
