The Globalised Workforce: Embracing Diversity

Lincoln International Business School, Chattertons Solicitors & Wealth Management are teaming up with the Institute of Directors to deliver an interactive session on the topics of diversity, inclusion and equality in the workplace. Whilst businesses are encouraged to embrace diversity at work, and this comes with its practical challenges as well as a wealth of potential benefits.

Our speakers will bring you in depth insight, interactive examples and the opportunity to ask questions.

At the end of this session, attendees will have a better understanding of what being diverse means in practice, how to achieve it and why, with focus given to the international, legal and academic perspectives.
