About this event

Other

Get a front-row seat to the future of the construction industry, shaped by NHBC's skilled apprentices.

Observe the apprentices in groundwork, bricklaying and site carpentry as they demonstrate their skills in a realistic, site-like environment. This is your chance to witness the quality of their work firsthand and gain insight into how NHBC train them to be job-ready from day one.

See their accelerated apprenticeship programme, highlighting:

  • Practical, site-based training approach
  • The tailored support offered each apprentice
  • Delivery of high-quality outcomes in a shorter timeframe

You will also hear about their vision for the future—including plans to expand and innovate to meet the evolving needs of the construction industry and its workforce.

Whether you are an employer, educator or industry professional, this event offers a valuable look into how NHBC are reshaping construction training.
