Event description

Description

The Life after a Subarachnoid Haemorrhage conference is organised by the Brain & Spine Foundation as part of the charity’s commitment to improve the quality of life of people affected by neurological problems.

This is the UK’s first conference dedicated to the neurological condition Subarachnoid Haemorrhage (SAH).

We will bring together patients and carers to meet and share stories and hear from neurological experts in order to understand how SAH can affect their lives and how to manage any aftereffects. Some of our guest speakers: Lesley Foulkes, Joint Chair of the Vascular CNS Group and Neurovascular Nurse Specialist; Lynne Aitkenhead, Clinical Neuropsychologist; Sabah Khan, Psychologist specialising in relationships following head injury; Kate Hayward, Occupational Therapist specialising in fatigue.

The full programme can be accessed on our website

Accessibility and dietary requirements: Please contact us at info@brainandspine.org.uk to let us know if you have any accessibility and/or any dietary requirements.

This event is kindly supported by Christchurch Group.
