About this event

  • Event lasts 5 hours

Join us this summer for a relaxed, feel-good day in Hyde Park - a chance to step away from daily life and spend time outdoors with people who truly get it. Whether you’ve joined our online community before or are completely new to Life after Cancer, this is a day just for you and you’re warmly invited.

We’ll stretch, breathe, reflect, walk, eat and chat together - gently and at your own pace. Think: seated yoga under the trees, journaling time just for you, a bring-and-share picnic, a walk through nature and calm moments to connect with others who’ve also experienced cancer.

This is about your wellbeing - not doing more, but taking a little time to slow down and reconnect with what matters now.

Meeting point: Hyde Park, near the Diana Princess of Wales Memorial Fountain (exact location will be shared after sign-up).

About Life after Cancer

Life after Cancer was founded to support adults navigating life beyond cancer treatment. We understand that while treatment may end, the emotional and psychological impact often continues. Our services are created and delivered by trained coaches who have personal experience of cancer, combining professional coaching expertise with lived understanding.

We also offer expert-led sessions that provide practical solutions for key post-cancer challenges, including fear of recurrence, fatigue, sleep difficulties, and "chemo brain."

Life after Cancer was created by Steph Davies, an ICF-trained coach, NLP Practitioner, and Mental Health First Aider. After completing chemotherapy for Hodgkin’s Lymphoma, Steph recognised how profoundly life can change after treatment. Life after Cancer exists to support others in shaping their lives after cancer - with greater clarity, wellbeing, and connection.
