What is Life By Design?
It’s not a retirement planning seminar. There are no power point presentations. No talk of pensions.
Instead we’ll be using pottery painting as a tool to:
- Activate areas of your brain linked to creative thinking.
- Reduce stress so you can reflect, connect and explore what lights you up.
- Drop barriers allowing conversation & connection to flow with other like-minded women
By the end of the session you will:
- Have clarity and confidence about the future.
- Be reconnected with things that give you enjoy and that energise you.
- Have drafted a roadmap to continue creating a rewarding and fulfilling life for you.
- Your pottery to take home as a daily reminder that this next chapter is yours to create.
- Have access to an online space for ongoing support, connection and idea sharing.

Cost is £50.00 plus booking fee.
Spaces are limited to 10 people.
Tea, coffee, water and healthy snacks will be provided throughout the workshop.
Paints used for the pottery painting are all non toxic and washable.
Wear clothes that you feel comfortable in.
