✨ 2 hour life drawing session + 1 hour optional social; a lovely spot to make new connections. ✨

Life drawing is a wicked way to learn how to capture the human form from a live model & cultivate creativity. Sessions will be a relaxed approach & we will focus on experimentation & embracing any mistakes or flaws; working towards creative freedom whilst building skills in observation.
✨Expression; not perfection - Classes will be an engaging experience for beginners & all levels. We will find ways to utilise any mistakes & mould them into mini masterpieces, through doing this we will find our own unique style. The sessions will be lightly tutored, but I am here for extra help and guidance if you need me. I will offer you a variety of exercises to get your mind working in different ways & there will be a variety of poses, some as quick as 5 minute warm-ups and some for more detailed sketches of around 20-30 minutes. The sessions are not silent, chat & questions are encouraged. Breaks inbetween poses for drinks, stretches, a smoke, whatever you need.

✨ Relaxed atmosphere - there will be music, warm lighting, incense & candles to make you feel at ease; you are encouraged to feel at home here & drinks will be available at the bar. We are here to have & enjoy creating, the more relaxed your state of mind, the better you'll learn & most importantly; enjoy the process.

✨ A variety of materials included (but feel free to bring your own if you prefer) - paper, graphite & coloured pencils, charcoal, soft pastels, oil pastels, ballpoint pens.

✨ Bar available - beer on tap, cocktails and soft drinks (card payments only please).

📍Location - the space is located inside of Leadenhall market (5 minute walk from Monument or Bank station). We are inside Pilpel - go inside and downstairs into the bar. Leadenhall market can be confusing so please allow time to locate us and check maps using satellite so you can mark some checkpoints.
