Life Drawing: Women and Portraiture

As part of the programming around our Marie-Louise von Motesiczky and Dorothy Bohm exhibitions we are hosting another of our popular life drawing sessions hosted by Packed Lunch Productions. Kindly funded by the Marie-Louise von Motesiczky Charitable Trust.

In keeping with the themes of both artists, the session will feature inter-generational life model representation that promotes the visibility of women who are often absent/overlooked in the art world. This session's models, Poppy and Jane are graduates of the Starkers Academy, an inclusive body-positive learning initiative for new and developing art nudes. They are proof positive that every body is beautiful, valid and powerful.

Drawing will take place in Burgh House's beautiful Music Room, and includes one drink upon arrival in the ticket price. Scroll down to book tickets.

Materials, boards, and paper are provided, and you are welcome to bring your own.

Class: 7pm

Please note: Burgh House is a small arts charity, and we rely on ticket sales to generate income and keep the House open for free. Therefore tickets for events at Burgh House are non-refundable.
