Kundalini | Life Force Activations - In Person Energy Transmission
Come join me for a sacred Life Force Activation — a journey into your body, your energy, and the truth of who you are.
This is not something you “do” — there is no force, no trying, no technique. It is a direct transmission of pure, high-frequency energy that awakens the life force already within you. Also known as Kundalini Shakti, this energy clears stagnation, opens your heart, and helps you reconnect with your deepest essence.
I’m trained in Integrated Kundalini Activation and Heka Activation Level 2 — two powerful modalities that work with the subtle energy system of the body. But more than titles or methods, I like to call what I offer Life Force Activations. Because that’s what truly happens: the energy of life begins to move through you in its own intelligent way — soft, wild, subtle, deep — exactly as your system is ready to receive it.
Each session begins with a gentle introduction where I’ll share what to expect, explain how it will work, and answer any questions you may have. From there, you’ll simply lie down, close your eyes, and let the energy and music guide your experience. The transmission itself lasts 60 minutes. There’s nothing to achieve and no right way to feel — your only job is to be present and surrender. We close the space together with a few words on integration.
These sessions can be beautiful catalysts for emotional release, nervous system regulation, clarity, and inner expansion. Or it can just be an hour of calmness and relaxation.
