Sue Hollinrake, Associate Professor and Suzanna Pickering, Senior Lecturer in Social Work from the School of Social Sciences and Humanities will be presenting this Quaysize Business Breakfast Webinar about the ethical dilemma that the Covid-19 pandemic has exposed in how best to protect and support older people in care homes and their carers.

They will be discussing and highlighting the difficulties in practice of addressing the support needs of older people living in care homes and their carers, whilst protecting them from risk.

They will also consider how to improve practice to promote the well-being of all involved such as staff, residents and their informal carers.
