This fun and interactive workshop will be a series of games and practical exercises to explore ways to build confidence. Participants will be guided by actress Jacky Defferay, building on their existing strengths and trying out new techniques.

This workshop is perfect for those wanting to build their confidence with public speaking, interviews and general self confidence in their everyday lives.

All materials will be provided as well as soft drinks and snacks.

This event is for 18-30 year old East Londoners from Hackney, Newham, Tower Hamlets and Waltham Forest, interested in building their self confidence.
