Reconnect with your authentic self and rediscover what truly matters to you in creating a fulfilling life through a soulful blend of reflective exercises, meditation, and heartfelt conversations. Step into a nurturing space where self-inquiry meets mindfulness, and creativity meets connection.


This Self-Discovery & Wellbeing Workshop draws on coaching techniques, soulful reflection, and wellbeing tools like journaling and meditation, guiding you gently towards clarity, resilience, and a deeper understanding of your core values and aspirations. This session invites you to explore your inner world and reconnect with your authentic self through the simple joy of guided conversation and shared presence.

This event forms part of a future workshop series, taking you on an evolving journey of self-awareness, confidence, and emotional strength. The sessions will build on one another yet each one also stands alone, offering inspiration and insight in its own unique way.


What to Expect

• A guided mindfulness and grounding meditation to open your reflective flow and support mental clarity

• Reflective prompts and gentle coaching tools for deeper self-awareness

• Time for journaling, nourishing conversation and refreshments in a supportive, creative group atmosphere


All you need is your beautiful self, we’ll provide notebooks, pencils and a calming selection of Yogi teas to keep you nourished and inspired throughout the session.

Venue – Cosy Yurt

Our session will take place in a beautiful, intimate yurt at The Quiet View — a peaceful sanctuary warmed by a charming electric fireplace that adds an extra touch of ambience.

Although the space is heated, the overall temperature can vary depending on the weather, so we kindly recommend bringing a soft blanket, warm socks or slippers to make sure you stay completely cozy and comfortable throughout the session.

It's the kind of place that gently slows your heartbeat and invites you to breathe a little deeper — perfect for journaling, reflection, and meaningful connection.

There is a small sign at the entrance, and you will see a path leading into the garden and the yurt area.

If you use Google Maps, simply type “The Quiet View” and it will take you to the correct gate.

Parking Information
Free parking is available on site.
We kindly ask that attendees avoid parking in the village or along the residential street.
Please use the dedicated on-site parking area to help us respect the tranquillity of the neighbourhood.


Doors will open 15 minutes before we begin (14:15) we kindly encourage you to arrive a little early to allow time for parking, registration and gently arriving into the space.
