Attend our Life Work training course this February
This course explores how continuous life story work supports children and young people in building a clearer understanding of their past, present, and future.
Aims and objectives:
- Explain what we mean by life work
- Consider the impact of child development, attachment and trauma when undertaking life story work
- Explore a range of approaches used in in journey work
- Identify the required skills for effective life work
- Think about how a child can be supported through life story work
- Explore how to integrate all aspects of a child within:
- their life story including race, gender, age, culture
- disability and religion
This event will take place on Zoom. All confirmed attendees will be sent joining instructions at least 5 days before the course start date to the email addressed supplied upon registration.
