Description

Welcome to the first event of its kind in Auckland – A Wellness event for Men!

Men and Women are both equally important but have you noticed something? There are so many health events held in Auckland but most cater just for women and when they cater for both, it’s mostly women who attend?!

Lifestyle Engineering asks men the question – are you built to last? An educational and social event intended to elevate the attention men give to their health and wellbeing and give them access to some tools and techniques which they can use to address an area of their health which is important to them.

With guest speakers delivering short, snappy and interactive presentations sharing the latest tools and techniques available to men for different areas of health and wellbeing.
