Lift at Plymouth Performance Gym
Start the day by testing your 1 rep max in a classic SBD powerlifting competition. Push your limits in the squat, bench press, and deadlift.

How do you want to get there?
Arrival/Check-In, Rules Brief + House Keeping
Check yourself in at the check in desk with Kate to receive your race pack, scorecard and race number. The Rules brief and housekeeping will be delivered to competitors.
Powerlifting Total
Competitors have 2 hours to establish their Squat, Bench Press and Deadlift total.
Intermission
Competitors have 2 hours to make their way to the run venue (TBC). In this time, competitors are advised to refuel and ensure they are ready for the 2 hour run.
