The need to know bits:
- Once tickets are gone, they’re gone, so don’t wait around to get yours.
- There’s no parking on site, so grab the tube, an Uber or get a buddy to drop you off.
- There’s no age limit for the event, but you do have to be over 18 to lift or take part in the workout classes and be accompanied by an adult if you are under 16.
- The event is first come first serve so arrive as early as possible to be guaranteed entry.
