From there, she will guide you through an activation, opening up the higher chakras to help you channel the frequencies of your soul’s language.

You will then be invited to explore a range of techniques designed to help you first access your own unique form of Light Language and then allow it to flow more freely.

This will include both written and spoken exercises so you can identify the techniques and skills that work best for you.
