Is there parking onsite?

There is ample parking available. There are spaces in the clinic car park here and further parking on the road immediately outside. Please don't block anyone else in.

What time shall I arrive?

Please arrive just before 7pm or at 7pm. We are so looking forward to welcoming you!

Is there anything else I need to know when I arrive?

Please remove shoes in the lobby downstairs and hang any coats on the rail before coming upstairs into The Sanctuary.

What shall I bring?

A pillow, a blanket, warm, comfortable clothes, socks and if needed - an eye mask.
A bottle of water.
A face free of skin make-up, SPF or any barrier creams (If you would like a mini head massage then coconut oil is used, so will make hair and scalp greasy!).
