Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Yes, this event is accessible for wheelchair users. If you choose to book a ticket please email SupporterCare@shootingstar.org.uk so we can ensure that suitable seating is reserved for you. Please let us know if you have any other requirements that we can support with.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Accepted Answer

Limited parking is available at the venue, which will be reserved for guests who would benefit from more accessible parking. Alternative free parking is available along The Avenue and at Sainsbury's which is just around the bend from the church.

How do I reserve accessible parking?

Accepted Answer

There are limited parking spaces available within the venue grounds. If you require an accessible parking space please email SupporterCare@shootingstar.org.uk so we can reserve one of these spaces for you

Question 4

Do I have to make a donation to attend this event?

Accepted Answer

The cost of a ticket to the event is £5 which helps to cover the costs of hosting the event. You have the option to make an additional donation while booking, and all additional donations are very gratefully received.

Can I bring children to this event?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we welcome all members of the family to join us in remembering & celebrating the lives of our loved ones. Please book a ticket for everyone attending (Tickets for Children 12 and under are free).

Question 6

I have allergies / food intolerances. How can I ensure that I am catered for?

Accepted Answer

At the end of the service we would like to welcome you to join us for refreshments and cakes. We will not be serving any cakes that include nuts. We aim to cater for our guests with Gluten / Dairy intolerances. If you have any other dietary requirements please email SupporterCare@shootingstar.org.uk
