Stress is stressful!
This workshop will help you to identify symptoms of stress in yourself and others, covering skills and techniques that will allow you to begin managing stress in a healthy way.
The workshop is aimed at individuals, managers, employers and employees; in a nutshell, anyone who experiences stress!
The techniques we cover are based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and include:

- How to work towards a healthy work/life balance
- Behvaioural activation
- Relaxation skills
