Join the Lincoln Dots!
We would love to invite you to our first Lincoln Join the Dots FREE seminar where we would like to bring likeminded people to come together and champion their proactive community work in Lincoln and surrounding areas.
On Wed 22nd March 2017 from 1pm-3pm at Grandstand, Lincoln we will host conversations and encourage people to network with others with a cup of tea. We can make useful links with others in the area to continually grow our work as well as learn where to signpost people and services to. Representatives from a range of funders and community groups will be there to showcase what they're up to in the area and hopefully inspire future work!
We will then immediately host our local Funding Advice Network until 3pm - 6pm. Local, regional and national funders will be there to ask questions to and discuss you projects. Having made the links with others, it could be a great opportunity to run a potential project past some of the funders. Away from the traditional market place stalls, we want to encourage people to chat with each other about funding in general and speak with the funders about advice, hints and tips when considering funding.
You are welcome to come for the whole event, or drop in the the later session. Please state when purchasing your ticket when you're able to attend so we know how much tea to have on!
How to book a place?
Click register and once your ticket is booked we will prepare information of who's coming and what they do so you can spend more time chatting and sharing ideas, than noting people's email addresses and phone numbers!
If you’ve any questions, please email BS_CommunityAssets_Resilience@lincolnshire.gov.uk or for more information.
We look forward to hearing from you soon and see you all then and please forward this invitation onto anyone you think would be interested in coming along.
