Expect simple, repeatable routines set to feel-good, disco grooves, taught step by step so everyone can get involved. No pressure. No experience needed. Just rhythm, movement, and good energy.

After the session, we slow it down with lunch — a chance to eat, chat, and connect with the GFGL community.
