Join us for this online session exploring the findings of the 2025 EFS UK Employee Engagement Survey and what they mean for SME line managers.

The Engage for Success UK Employee Engagement Survey Report 2025 highlighted specific challenges faced by line managers in small and medium-sized businesses. Often carrying multiple responsibilities, SME managers are under pressure to deliver results while also leading and supporting their people. But what happens when they lack the time and space to focus on engagement?
This one and a half hour session will share the survey’s key findings, focusing on what’s working, where the gaps are, and what can be done differently. You’ll hear from experts and SME leaders on:
- The survey insights around line managers in SMEs
- The realities of managing engagement under pressure
- Practical ways to create time and space for managers to lead well
- Lessons learned from those already tackling these challenges.
The event will include a panel discussion with SME practitioners and researchers, followed by a Q&A giving you the chance to share your reflections and ask questions.
