LinkedIn Training Bootcamp (Leeds) for just £99 + VAT (Early Bird Price) -...
Thu 27 April 2017, 09:00 – 16:00 BST
The Value Exchange bootcamp takes you away from the office and ‘locks’ you in a room with a group of like-minded people to really focus on your social strategy and day-to-day use of LinkedIn.
You will be welcomed to registration by Nigel Cliffe, your session leader. You will have the opportunity to network with course attendees over coffee from 9.00am and training will start promptly at 9.30am, finishing around 4.00pm with a coffee break in the morning and afternoon. Lunch can be obtained in the Rose Bowl cafe.
In advance of the session we will review your LinkedIn profile to tailor the advice given to take you to the next level and beyond.
During the day we take you on a journey - from the key points in setting up your profile to using LinkedIn for insight gathering and lead generation. By the time you leave you will have a clearly defined strategy for using LinkedIn - both personally and for your business.
We encourage attendee participation! There will be plenty of opportunity to ask your individual questions and to learn from others in the group.
There’s a lot of information to take in during the day. In the morning we concentrate on the 'why' of LinkedIn and what is possible. In the afternoon we look at some examples of great use cases and fly live to 'fix' things as we go. We want you to leave with ‘Why to...’ as well as a dose of ‘What to do’! Time may be available at the close of the session for one-to-one advice.
Who should attend?
Directors, managers and frankly anyone in any role where use of LinkedIn can support the achievement of corporate, business function and/or personal job role objectives.
If you want to present a credible personal profile, get found online, receive more inbound leads, develop warm sales calls and business opportunities, be recognised for your skills and achievements, this session is for you.
By the end of the bootcamp you will understand…
The importance of business networking and the benefits of LinkedIn
LinkedIn etiquette and best practice
How to build the perfect profile; including privacy & settings
How to make connections and manage invitations
How to use LinkedIn for competitor monitoring and intelligence gathering
How to use advanced search to identify decision makers and influencers
How to demonstrate thought leadership via LinkedIn
Feedback from some of our previous attendees:
“I thought the LinkedIn bootcamp would move me from zero to hero. It was better than that. Small group, almost personal training and excellent tuition. They turned it from a CV holder with contacts to a powerful and flexible marketing tool. I was scratching the surface of it’s potential until the Bootcamp session.”
“LinkedIn Bootcamp by Value Exchange is a great way to find out what you do and don’t know about LinkedIn in a friendly and enjoyable way. You can ask all the questions that have been puzzling you without embarrassment. Others will do the same!”
“I particularly enjoyed learning about how to post news and items of interest to my target audience so as to instigate fruitful discussions, which will lead to new client relationships. I wish I had attended a year ago!”
“I was a sceptical user of LinkedIn until the bootcamp session! The insights uncovered really changed my view of LinkedIn. Now I just have to find the time to implement them!”
‘I thought I was a pretty advanced user until I attended this session. What a shock! Value Exchange uncovered many tips for everyone in the room, so many I hope I can recall them all!"
"Nigel delivered a superb session today. He was recommended by a colleague and I was not disappointed”
“Today was my second session with Nigel. My LinkedIn journey had only just begun last year and now I feel ready to take on some of the advanced features that went over my head last time”
I look forward to meeting you!
