Organized by

In 1989, aged 24, Dale Willis founded a youth recruitment and training business that subsequently helped over 6000 talented young people to get their careers started.

The company won a number of awards including, in 2014, Northamptonshire Longstanding Business of the Year.

Having left the business in 2017, and taken a year off, Dale has now set up a non-profit organisation 'My Great First Job' and is giving a number of talks to help young people and their parents work their way through the post-education maze.
