Indigenous Perspectives on Linking UFOs and The Afterlife
What on earth have flying saucers got to do with death?
Well, you’d be surprised. And the indigenous peoples of the world might have the best word to say on the perplexing matter.
In this talk, we’ll be going from “fast walkers” - the USA’s intelligence initiative to detect fast-moving anomalous objects from space - to “Skinwalker” ranch - the infamous UFO hotspot plagued with the mutant shaman of Native American lore. And much in between.
While other agencies from other worlds stretch the modern mind, this is a reality many other societies, past & present, would be well at home with. And most intriguingly, their worldviews about these beings wind up interweaving with the afterworld, from famous landings and hauntings occurring over native burial grounds, to Amazonian psychedelics invoking luminous aerial discs.
Even Biblical Apocalyptic narratives of the final defeating of death parallel contemporary UFO encounters in dramatic ways.
So whether you’re into aliens, angels or the Amazon, this talk will be sure to arouse that curiosity & unfold your mind...
