Your Teacher:

Nicola Zielinski-Gray is a qualified Yoga Nidra and meditation teacher, fully insured, a member of the Guild of Holistic Therapies and the Angelic Reiki Association for the work she also does 1:1. Nicola holds over a decade of working with people in the space of health and wellness, she brought her practice from New Zealand to the UK in 2021.

Aroha Healing was established in 2018 by Nicola whilst she lived in New Zealand. The word "Aroha" is the native maori word for "Love" and Nicola believes in loving what you do and turning passions into dreams.

Nicola is an Angelic Reiki Master teacher, teaching workshops in Gatshead, UK and also runs her small holistic therapies business for 1:1 treatments which also includes Crystal Reiki and Indian Head Massage.

She teaches meditation classes in the community, hosting on behalf of charities and community centres across Gateshead and Newcastle, Tyne and Wear and hosts occasional online classes which are open to everyone.
