LIQH Application Clinics are the way in which LIQH Fellows can apply their learning to their real-life improvement projects following completion of the educational taught session. They are designed to provide ongoing support to project teams and offer a space to learn, prototype and share in project groups and with other Fellows and colleagues across the city.
An experienced team are on hand to provide tailored support in the core pillars of LIQH methodology; measurement for improvement, co-production and whole system thinking.
There are a series of dates spanning 2016 that are available to all LIQH project groups and it is recommended that groups from the current programmes (2015/16 cohort) aim to join an application clinic every 6-8 weeks.
Application clinics are also available to previous LIQH Fellow to allow Fellows to share learning and experiences across the LIQH Improvement Network in Leeds.
PLEASE COORDINATE WITH YOU PROJECT GROUP BEFORE BOOKING.
Fellows should attend in project groups rather than as an individual.
How will they work?
Each Application Clinic is split into 2 session, AM & PM.
Groups can choose to attend an AM session, PM Session OR BOTH.
AM sessions run from 9:30 – 12:45
PM sessions run from 13:00 – 16:30
A light lunch will be available from 12:45 for participants on the AM and PM session.
Those wishing to book lunch will need to confirm this 2 weeks in advance of the session.
Application Clinic spaces will be issued on a first come first served basis.
The maximum number of attendees to each AM or PM session is 20 people.
When booking online details for each attending fellow must be completed.
At the point of booking there is the option for attendees to share what they would like to cover in the upcoming session. LIQH will do the best to accommodate these requests.
If you require any further information please contact the LIQH Data Team on 0113 343 0593.
