This workshop will teach ancient breathing techniques that have been used for thousands of years to relax and revitalise. How we breathe is just as important as how we exercise and what we eat in terms of our physical and mental health, yet very few people are conscious of their breath in the modern world. Come along to learn some simple and effective techniques that you can practice in your own life.
