Listening Event for Carers - Stoke Mandeville Hospital

We want to hear your experiences, both positive and negative, to help us shape and improve services in the future.

Carers Bucks is working with Stoke Mandeville hospital to create carer led action.

Please only book a place if you fit the following criteria:

• Care for someone 18+ with autism and/or a learning disability
• Have supported them during an A&E visit or inpatient stay at Stoke Mandeville within the last 12 months
• Do not have an active complaint with Stoke Mandeville Hospital

If you do not meet the criteria or cannot attend the event but still wish to share your experience, please contact lynette.emary@carersbucks.org
