Listening Theologically in Reflective Supervision

Over the course of 3 hours, participants will:

• How better understanding of one another's theological perspectives can improve the supervisory relationship and
• Some tools for use in the process of reflecting theologically during supervision.

This module builds further on Section 4.6 of the Responsible Grace training materials, and the Listening Theologically Training 1 & 2.

Who should come to this series of events?

All trained Reflective Supervisors are warmly invited to attend this training. We ask that you be have completed your initial supervision training (6 days) and be working under the policy of the Methodist Church in Britain.
