Listening To and Supporting My Child - Parent/Carer Workshop

This workshop provides parents and carers with the knowledge and skills to have mental health conversations with their child.

It explores the stresses that children and young people experience, and helps parents and carers learn how to start conversations and support their child even when do they do not want to talk about how they are feeling.

This is an interactive session and works best when those coming along are able to participate, therefore we ask that wherever possible you have your camera on.

You will never be put on the spot or singled out to answer a question.

Please note: This workshop is available free of charge as part of the Let's Connect project run by the Scottish Action for Mental Health and South Lanarkshire Council. This workshop is only for parents and carers within the South Lanarkshire Council area.
