Description

This workshop will give participants the opportunity to discuss their own research in relation to Prof. Campt's recent work Listening to Images (Duke University Press, 2017), and to explore critical race and feminist methods of engaging visual materials. Doctoral students should submit an abstract of their work (up to 300 words) for sharing with participants and Prof. Campt, and should read Prof. Campt's new book ahead of the workshop. Further details will be circulated after registration.
