About this event
In the tumult of the day, with all its demands and activities, we can take a moment, stop and listen. Listen to ourselves. Listen to others. Listen to the world around us. Join us as we explore together how we can begin to take even one moment to become aware of our inner life and how our inner life influences our outer world.
This weekly meditation started when a group of students from London decided to start meditating together online during lockdown. We also thought to open it up to our friends and families. Since then, it has grown to include people from all over the world who have found a benefit in meditating together with the aim of self-awareness.
