About this event
In the uncertainty and noise of daily life, there is a practical path that leads to a profound state of inner peace and gratitude. One of the tools on this path is a self-awareness meditation.
Join us each Sunday morning to reconnect to ourselves and build a place of silence inside where we can begin to listen the true us, the one beyond all the chaos of our convictions, fears, needs and habits. Each week we practice the meditation and share our experiences. For many of us, this is an anchor in the week; it is the beginning of a deeper commitment to ourselves and a new life.
