During this session, our emphasis will be on advocating for children and effectively managing complaints. We will focus on enhancing active listening skills and implementing procedures to address concerns raised by children in residential care settings.

As a qualified child protection trainer, she is dedicated to safeguarding vulnerable individuals and is recognised for her compassionate handling of complex cases. Leanne develops and implements policies and training strategies that empower teams to make a positive impact on those they serve.
