"Lisa was very passionate which showed through. She has knowledgeable and experienced in using the Listening Framework and tools, which was very useful" (Experienced Social Worker, Darlington Borough Council)
" Absolutely vital to our work and is the whole reason I'm a social worker to get kids views. This gives me the ability to do that " (Newly Qualified Social Worker, Hartlepool Borough Council )

" Good range of tools explained well and in an easy to understand way! " (BA Student Social Worker, University of Teesside)
