ECTs are invited to join Hayley Bissell for a collaborative and informative session on how to build effective reading practice into your lessons. Learn how to incorporate ways of developing student understanding of the text as a whole before the deep dive into further analysis.

To help create a genuine forum experience rather than a one-way session, participants are encouraged to join with a working microphone and to take part in conversation where they feel able. The emphasis is on supportive, low-stakes professional dialogue rather than formal presentation.
