These meetings are 1 hour long, will be delivered via Microsoft Teams, and are open to anyone working in Primary Care in Wakefield.
Safeguarding means protecting a citizen’s health, wellbeing, and human rights; enabling them to live free from harm, abuse, and neglect. It is an integral part of providing high-quality health care. Safeguarding children, young people, and adults is a collective responsibility.
To increase your knowledge and help keep you up to date with current guidelines and information the Wakefield safeguarding team and Conexus Healthcare have come together to produce bi-monthly meetings.
These are intended to be informal with the opportunity for discussion and contribution from anyone attending and attendance can be counted towards your required safeguarding hours.
May's meeting focus will be updated ASAP
Please note feedback is mandatory and a certificate will not be issued until feedback is complete.
An Outlook invite and a joining link will be sent out after booking.
If you are booking more than one person on the session you need to ensure an email address is provided for each person
