This course offers a fascinating introduction to world mythology, looking at powerful stories that have been told, retold and reimagined across centuries and continents. From the gods of Ancient Greece to the trickster tales of Africa, you’ll explore how mythology reflects the values, fears and hopes of different cultures.
Along the way, we’ll examine recurring themes such as creation, heroism, transformation and the battle between good and evil. Whether you’re new to mythology or looking to deepen your understanding, this course invites you on a global journey through some of the world’s most compelling stories.

The course is suitable for all, those who have a familiarity with the subject and those who are coming to it for the first time.
What do I need to bring with me?
You don’t need any special equipment. You’re welcome to bring a pen and notebook if you’d like to take notes or jot down ideas.
