Having been plunged into lockdown as a result of COVID-19, many are grappling with the realities and practicalities of working remotely. Whilst GDPR may not be at the forefront of everybody's minds, it is as important as ever.

Join Ian Beeby as he talks you through the key GDPR considerations when working from home (or elsewhere) during the lockdown. This includes:

  • Security of data communications;
  • Security of data storage; and
  • Security of the temporary workplace

This talk is aimed at organisations and individuals who do not normally work from home and therefore have of necessity had to improvise in some way in order to be as effective as possible during these unprecedented times.

Ian is a barrister at 10 King's Bench Walk, specialising in civil law, with a particular focus on GDPR and Data Protection.

This is a free event hosted by 10 Kings Bench Walk, and part of their Wednesday Webinars series, and counts towards your CPD .
