Recovery Month Celebration
Date: Saturday, 27th September 2025
Time: 10.00 am to 11.00 am Litter Pick, Celebration with drinks and refreshments at 11.30 am
Location: Recovery Centre, Canton
Join us for a special Recovery Month celebration. We will start the day with a community litter pick around the Centre and nearby streets, then gather back together for refreshments, music and fun. Fancy dress is encouraged but not compulsory.
Why Take Part?
Taking part is more than just tidying up. By joining in, you will be:
- Challenging stigma by showing recovery as visible and positive in our community
- Supporting our wider community through care for the spaces we share
- Bringing awareness to Recovery Month by coming together to celebrate
Who Can Join?
- Children aged 8 and over are welcome but must be supervised by an adult
- Consent is required for anyone under 16
- Teams or individuals are all welcome to take part
