LITTLE CONCERTS - ‘Harp Hurrah’ – discovering the wonderful world of the harp and friends.

“I’ve not come across any concert as innovative and creative for this age group. The interaction is just amazing. Short pieces and they move onto different activities involving things they can play with. It’s really, really good.” – a parent.

’HARP HURRAH!’ gives children an opportunity to get up close and personal with the harp. Always designed around the learning styles of our youngest audience members, Little Concerts are perfect for both tiny tots and children up to 10 years.

‘HARP HURRAH!’ features brilliant young professional musicians in a joyful hour of exciting music. Experience the musical building blocks of high and low, slow and fast, musical texture and colours through movement and touch.

Expertly devised so that children can feel in their playful bodies what they are hearing. Interactive craft objects and instruments included for children’s use at the event.

This event is presented as part of the RWCMD-in-Residence programme, a series of creative projects from Royal Welsh College musicians presented in partnership with Penarth Pavilion.

Ideal for families with children from 0 – 10 years.

Mae 'TARO’R TANNAU!' yn rhoi cyfle i blant ddod yn agos at y delyn. Wedi'u cynllunio bob amser o amgylch arddulliau dysgu aelodau ieuengaf ein cynulleidfa, mae’r Cyngherddau Bach yn berffaith ar gyfer plant bach iawn a hyd at 10 oed.

Mae 'TARO’R TANNAU!' yn cynnwys cerddorion proffesiynol ifanc gwych mewn awr lawen o gerddoriaeth gyffrous. Mwynhewch elfennau uchel ac isel, cyflym ac araf cerddoriaeth, gwead cerddorol a lliwiau trwy symud a chyffwrdd.

Wedi'i greu’n gelfydd fel bod plant yn teimlo’r gerddoriaeth yn eu cyrff chwareus. Bydd gwrthrychau crefft rhyngweithiol ac offerynnau wedi'u cynnwys i blant eu defnyddio yn y digwyddiad.

Cyflwynir y digwyddiad hwn fel rhan o raglen Preswylfa Coleg Brenhinol Cerdd a Drama Cymru (CBCDC), cyfres o brosiectau creadigol gan gerddorion Coleg Brenhinol Cymru, wedi’u cyflwyno mewn partneriaeth â Phafiliwn Penarth.
