Can I bring my own food?

Yes, any cold snacks can be brought in. Please use the bins provided to tidy up when you are done. They can be consumed in the cafe area (please note, space is limited) however no food or drink is allowed past the play area gates.

Question 2

Do I need a ticket for over 7's but under 18's?

Accepted Answer

Please purchase an adult ticket for them. over 7's may not enter the play area, however they can remain in the cafe. Again - we have to charge as they are counted towards our quota.

Question 3

Do you need a ticket for babies?

Accepted Answer

If you have a paying child with you on the day then baby in arms is free of charge.  Otherwise babies will be charged.

Question 4

Can I leave and come back during a session?

Accepted Answer

No, once you check in, your session has started and once you leave, we will allow other families in provided we have more than 45 minutes left of the session.

Question 5

Do I need to show up at the start of the session?

Accepted Answer

No, you can turn up anytime within your allotted session and start playing however the session time will not be extended. It will still end at the session end time.

Question 6

Do I need to wear socks?

Accepted Answer

No shoes are allowed in the play area and socks MUST be worn - that includes both adults and children. If you forget your socks don’t fear as we are able to provide them for £1 each.

Are there toilets in Little Exeter?

We have three different toilets in Little Exeter including a family toilet that has a nappy changing facility.

About this event

We only release 7 children's online tickets for our 'Standard Sessions' and reserve 20 walk-ins spaces for each session.

Please be aware- we reserve the right to cancel any bookings with no notice due to illness of our staff member.

This is a community initiative so we have limited staffing.

Booking fee is chargeable on top of the cost.

All entry fees are deemed as a donation towards the running and upkeep of Little Exeter.

Socks must be worn in the play area so please bring your own or we sell them for £1.

We do not offer refunds.
