Can I bring along friends ?

For this, it is best to get tickets if you are going to bring friends, this is because the room which we will use which is the University Film Theatre, only has a certain capacity amount.

How will I be able to get to this event ?

Accepted Answer

For getting to the event, there are multiple forms of transport to get to us, it is about a 15-20 minute walk from the train station, there are buses as well. In terms of driving to the event, it is very easy as well, but in terms of parking we will further look for you into what we can offer.

How professional is this event?

Accepted Answer

We are University students doing this event as a part of our end-of-year module, but it will be very planned and thought out.

What about access for disabled people ?

Accepted Answer

The University campus is very accessible. There are lifts at the building in which we should be able to take you to the University Film Theatre as it's on the bottom floor. On the day we will have a chauffeur that will show you how to get to the room.

What happens if I turn up on the day and don't have a ticket ?

Accepted Answer

We do recommend people to have a ticket as it makes it easier for us because we know how many people are expected to come. This is why we as a group have decided to extend the deadline of when people can get tickets till the final day.

Question 7

What happens if I turn up late ?

Accepted Answer

You will still be allowed into the venue, but we have to start it dead on 4pm as that is our time-slot for the venue

What happens if I can't make it anymore ?

Accepted Answer

If you can't make it anymore, unfortunately this event will only be run once as we are doing it for our end-of-year module and it is only a one time event. We do apologise if you can't make it and you looked forward to going to this event.
