Welcome to LIVE AT THE BARRACKS: MUSIC with Joe Rogerson. Join us at ArtHouse Jersey for an original live music experience. Grab your friends and come enjoy an unforgettable evening of soul-stirring vocals and warm community spirit.

Following the sell-out success of last year's series, LIVE AT THE BARRACKS returns with a new season of intimate concerts spotlighting Jersey’s most exciting musical talent. This season we are kindly sponsored by Oakglen Wealth. The series is a selection of hand-picked musicians performing in an intimate and historic setting with acoustic, stripped-back and emotive music. Between songs, these emerging and locally-loved musicians will share snippets of their creative process and inspirations.

Joe Rogerson is a Jersey-born singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist known for his emotive voice and lyrically rich songwriting. His sound draws from folk, indie, and acoustic traditions, combining authenticity and craft in equal measure.

While living in Liverpool, Joe co-founded A Band Named King, an original act featuring fellow Jersey musicians David Gaffney and Piers Alexander. Immersed in the city’s music scene, Joey refined his voice and songwriting style—an evolution that continues today.

For LIVE AT THE BARRACKS, Joe offers a glimpse into his creative process, sharing songs along with the stories and experiences that shaped them. In the intimate surroundings of Grève de Lecq Barracks, audiences will connect with his music on a personal level.

We are the last stop on the number 9 bus route and there is free public carparking at the Seaside Cafe. We are an accessibility-friendly venue (please notify us for any special requirements). BYOB welcome.
